1. Data we collect
Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your email address, display name and avatar image from your Google account.
Usage data. We record which labs you launch, your practical-work sessions and submitted results (including marks, so you can review your own past work), and basic technical details such as device type and timestamps.
Communication preferences. If you opt in to email updates for a specific lab or feature, we store that choice so we know whether we may email you about it.
Payment data. Card and payment details are entered directly on our payment processor's (WayForPay) own page and are never received or stored by us. We only receive confirmation of a successful or failed payment and an order reference.
Analytics & cookies. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our own marketing. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages visited, approximate location and device/browser type.

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailingadmin@paperthree.com; we will delete it unless we are required to keep records (for example, payment records) for a longer period under Ukrainian law.

7. International data transfer
Some of our providers (Google, WayForPay) may process data on servers located outside Ukraine. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for personal data.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restrictions on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
