Terms of Service (Public Offer)

This document is a public offer (the "Offer") to conclude an agreement (the "Agreement") in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Digital Content and Digital Services". It is addressed to an unlimited number of persons and sets out the terms for accessing and using the digital service described below. Payment for the selected plan constitutes acceptance of this Offer.
1. Definitions
Provider – FOP (individual entrepreneur) Vadym Oleksiiovych Holovashchenko, Ukrainian taxpayer ID (ІПН) 3624604693.
Customer – any individual or legal entity that accepts this Offer, with or without a paid plan.
Service – access to paperthree, an interactive virtual-lab platform for Cambridge International AS & A Level Physics 9702 practical skills, available atpaperthree.com, including the free demo and any paid plan described on thepricing page.
2. Acceptance of the Offer
2.1. Publishing this Offer on paperthree.com is the Provider's proposal to conclude this Agreement on the stated terms.
2.2. This Agreement is a contract of adhesion (Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and is considered concluded from the moment the Offer is accepted.
2.3. The Customer accepts the Offer by creating an account and/or by paying for a plan shown on the pricing page. Acceptance means the Customer agrees to the Offer in full, without exceptions.
3. The Service
3.1. The Service, its plans and their current prices are published on the pricing page. The Provider may change the line-up or prices of future purchases at any time; a plan already paid for is not reduced as a result.
3.2. The free "Start" plan requires no payment or registration and is provided as-is, for one selected practical.
4. Payment
4.1. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through the Provider's payment service provider, WayForPay.
4.2. The one-time "2-Week Pass" plan grants 14 days of access and does not renew automatically. If the Customer already holds access when the pass is purchased, the 14 days are added to the end of that existing access rather than running in parallel with it.
4.3. The "Monthly Pass" plan is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically at the then-current price until cancelled by the Customer. The Customer can cancel at any time from their account or by emailingadmin@paperthree.com; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for.
4.4. The Service is considered paid for once funds are received by the Provider. Refund terms are set out in the separateRefund Policy.
5. Customer rights and obligations
5.1. The Customer may use the Service and its materials for personal, non-commercial exam preparation only. Reproducing, redistributing, reselling or sharing account access or materials with third parties is not permitted.
5.2. All intellectual property in the Service, its simulations, worksheets and materials belongs to the Provider.
5.3. If the Customer is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must accept this Offer and make any payment on the minor's behalf.
6. Provider rights and obligations
6.1. The Provider is responsible for providing the Service on the terms of this Offer and may add, change or remove features of the Service at its discretion.
6.2. The Provider may suspend or terminate access for a Customer who breaches this Offer or attempts to interfere with the Service.
6.3. The Provider may amend this Offer at any time; changes take effect once published on this page and apply to purchases made after publication.
7. Liability
7.1. The Provider's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Service.
7.2. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure, or the Customer's own equipment or internet connection.
8. Personal data
By accepting this Offer, the Customer agrees to the processing of their personal data as described in thePrivacy Policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing that, in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.
