Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the terms for refunding paid plans on paperthree, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Digital Content and Digital Services". It applies together with ourTerms of Service.

1. Try before you pay

The free demo lets you run a complete practical before paying for anything, so you can judge the quality and format of the Service before purchase. By purchasing a paid plan, you confirm this was enough information to make that decision.

2. Exam Pass (one-time purchase)

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment, for any reason, whether or not you have already run a paid lab. We will not ask you for a reason.

This is a guarantee we give on top of the law rather than instead of it: under Ukrainian digital-content law, a digital service that begins performance with the consumer's consent is otherwise treated as performed and non-refundable. After the 7 days a purchase is final, except in the cases in sections 3 and 5.

3. Extending a pass to a later session

An extension only starts once the pass you already hold runs out, so until that date nothing has been performed under it. You can request a full refund of an extension at any time before the end date of the pass you already held.

4. Teacher Review

A Teacher Review is one written review of one submitted paper, delivered by email and on your result page. Once it has been delivered, the service has been performed and the purchase is final. The 7-day guarantee in section 2 applies to the Exam Pass only.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged without receiving the access you paid for, we will refund the incorrect charge in full once we confirm it.

6. How to request a refund

Emailadmin@paperthree.com with your order reference or the email address used to pay. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned by Stripe to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
